95-year-old Delton “Wally” Walling of Valley Springs, CA appears on episode #438 of Hometown Heroes, airing September 23-25, 2016. A native of Belding, MI, Walling found himself looking down at Peal Harbor from a 180-foot perch on an observation tower on December 7, 1941.

    I listened to part I, trying to find part II. the link says it has both,
    but only part I plays.

    I just finished listening to both recordings. Thanks for your efforts to REMEMBER PEARL HARBOR, and to try to tell the true story. Admiral Kimmel would certainly applaud that goal I can assure you.
