90-year-old Glenn Brem of Gilroy, CA appears on episode #413 of Hometown Heroes, debuting April 2, 2016. Brem enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17, and saw action in four major Pacific battles during World War II.

90-year-old Glenn Brem shows us where a Japanese round struck his shoulder on Okinawa in 1945. If the teenaged Marine hadn't been bending over to tend to a jammed rifle, he would've been killed.
